Ingredients for lemon Tea recipe :
Support Heart Health. Lemons are a good source of vitamin C and also is a very good for digestion.
Black Salt :
Black salt contains a good amount of potassium that helps in regulating muscle functioning and also adds on taste.
As a special ingredient it not only adds on a good flavour. It also helps in digestion, weight loss and diabetes as its a great source of iron.
It acts as a detox, as it helps cleanse the liver by flushing out nasty toxins from the body.
Lemon Tea Recipe
Step 1 – Take a saucepan and fill it with a glass of water.
Step 2- Boil the saucepan for a while by adding some jaggery in it according to your taste.
Step 3 – Take a cup and put ¼ Tea spoon Cumin powder and ¼ Tea spoon Black salt in it.
Step 4 – Take a sieve adding 1 tea spoon tea leaves in it and strain boiled water into the cup through sieve with tea leaves.
Your cup of refreshment is ready to serve , enjoy it with biscuits if taken in the afternoon else you should also take this drink before going to bed as it helps you to digest your food and also further detoxify your body.
Don’t confuse yourself with LEMON FLAVOR GREEN TEA and LEMON TEA. They both are different in taste and in effects. Green tea may contains some preservatives and also its healthier in a different way as it tends to lose weight and make yourself feel lightens but our lemon tea is really good for digestion.
